Returns Policy

At Make Love Your Compass™, every item is created just for you and fulfilled with care by our Canadian partners — Duplium (Ontario), Print Geek (Ontario), and Art of Where (Quebec). Because each order is made to order, we do not offer exchanges.

Returns

  • We accept returns for 20 days from the date your order is delivered.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards

  • Digital downloads

  • Personalized/customized items (if clearly marked as such on the product page)

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at accounts@makeloveyourcompass.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our fulfillment partners to provide a replacement or a refund.

How to start a return

To initiate a return, please email us at accounts@makeloveyourcompass.ca with:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

We will provide instructions for sending your item back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, please place a new order.
