Return and Refund Policy
At Make Love Your Compass®, every item is created just for you and printed with care by our printing team in Canada. Because each order is made to order, we do not offer exchanges.
Returns
We accept returns within 20 days from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items
- Gift cards
- Digital downloads
- Items with a specific name or date printed on them
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
- Remorse/Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
- Defective/Damaged: Make Love Your Compass® covers return shipping and will provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Restocking Fee: $0 (No restocking fees apply).

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at accounts@makeloveyourcompass.ca within 7 days of delivery. We will work with our printing team to provide a replacement or a refund.
How to start a return
To initiate a return, please email us at accounts@makeloveyourcompass.ca with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
No Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or design, please place a new order.
