Welcome to Make Love Your Compass®.   By placing an order or using our website (www.makeloveyourcompass.ca you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. About Our Shop

Make Love Your Compass® is an online Canadian brand. All items are made to order and fulfilled by our trusted Canadian partner

2. Ordering

When you place an order, you agree that:

  • All items are made specifically for you once your order is placed.

  • Your order details must be accurate, including your email, phone number, and shipping address.

  • You have reviewed our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
We reserve the right to update prices, correct errors, and change product offerings without notice.

Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s approved payment providers.
We do not store full payment details.

4. Production & Fulfillment

All items are made to order.
Production times vary by product and are outlined in our Shipping Policy.

Your order may arrive in separate packages depending on the items ordered

5. Shipping

Shipping rates, timelines, and carriers are described in detail on our Shipping Policy page.

Once an item is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.
We will always assist in carrier investigations or lost-parcel inquiries.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Our return window is 20 days from delivery for eligible items.
Made-to-order products cannot be returned for buyer’s remorse.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, photos, content, and branding including the Make Love Your Compass® Logo and trademark, name and Maple Heart imagery, are protected.


You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

8. Use of the Website

  • Attempt to access private or restricted areas

  • Use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes

9. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party providers (such as Shopify and Printify) to process orders, payments, and fulfillment.
Each service follows its own privacy and security standards.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or service interruptions.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
