Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered! If there’s an issue with your item, here’s what to know:

🕒 Returns: You have 20 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unused and in original condition.
📦 Made-to-order items: Because your items are custom-made just for you, we can’t accept returns for buyer’s remorse.
🛠 Damaged or defective? Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo, and we’ll make it right.
💳 Refunds: Once we’ve received and inspected the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
